Today on a mentoring call with Cobiome I learnt about the use of Konjac noodles in supporting beneficial gut bacteria. These noodles are from a root vegetable and are a good source of glucomanan. Just make sure you follow traditional ways of eating with a lot of broth or other fluid - these noodles absorb a lot of water and so are not really a good replacement for pasta in a dish.
