NEW DEFIB IN ORBOST ⚡

We are pleased to have assisted Friends of Orbost Opportunity Shop Inc with the purchase of their brand new publicly accessible AED! 🥰🤩

Jack recently dropped off the AED and delivered a complimentary familiarisation session (available with all AED purchases from us) to ensure everybody knows how and when to use it!

This AED will be located at 83 Nicholson Street, Orbost and is registered with both GoodSam and Ambulance Victoria. Let's hope it never needs to be used, but please do spread the word!

TIME FOR A BREAK 🎅✨

We would like to thank all of our participants, clients and suppliers for their support throughout 2025. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Please be advised that our training centre will be closed from 18th December and reopening on the 5th January, 2026. This is to give our staff a break and enjoy time with their friends and families.

CELL-AEDs 🚫

Please be advised, as per the recommendation from Therapeutic Goods Administration - TGA, CellAED devices have been recalled.

The advice from TGA is:
- If you have a CellAED, do not use it.
- Dispose of the device safely by taking it to an approved waste disposal centre or speaking to a waste disposal specialist.
- No replacement stock will be available.

If you are looking for an AED, feel free to reach out to discuss your options.

⚠️Recall – CellAED - Non-rechargeable public automated external defibrillator⚠️

The company which has supplied the CellAED devices, RRR Manufacturing Pty Ltd, has gone into Liquidation. The Liquidators for RRR Manufacturing, are conducting a Critical Recall for all lots of the CellAED device.

As the company has entered liquidation, they can no longer support products in the market. Without ongoing support such as maintenance, servicing and handling of faults there is an increased risk of safety or performance problems, meaning the device may not work as intended in an emergency.

We advise:
• If you have a CellAED device, do not use it
• Dispose of the device safely by taking it to an approved waste disposal centre or speaking to a licensed waste disposal specialist
• No replacement stock will be available
• To make a claim for any money owed to you, contact RRRenquiries@hallchadwick.com.au.
