HealthLinks Gippsland (formerly East Gippsland Osteopathic Clinic) was established in Orbost in 1998 by principal practitioner Dr Belinda Coulton. In 2007 Dr Patrick Callanan joined the practice bringing over 15 years of clinical experience. In 2009 the practice expanded and opened a clinic in Sale, with a clinic opening in Bairnsdale in 2016 and another in Traralgon in September 2017. We have moved into our own premises in Bairnsdale in 2020 and Traralgon in 2021, then expanded to Yarram in 2021. We rebranded as HealthLinks Gippsland in January 2023.

For those who don’t know Lorraine, she is the incredible woman behind the beautiful gardens at our Orbost Clinic.

Over many years, Lorraine has dedicated countless hours to ensuring our clinic is vibrant, welcoming and full of life. Her care, effort and pride in the gardens do not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for everything she contributes.

Today marks a very special milestone - Lorraine’s 80th birthday! We would love to take this opportunity to wish her a very happy birthday and sincerely thank her for all that she does for our Orbost Clinic. 🌸

Christmas & New Year Opening Hours 🎅🏻

As we move closer to the end of 2025 we would like to say thank you to all our wonderful patients and to the communities of Gippsland we are apart of!

After a big 2025 - we will all be having some time to rest with our families & friends enjoying the festive season.

We will have alternate hours and a "skeleton" staff from Christmas to New Years, with clinic closures on the 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, 01/01 and 02/01. Of the days listed as working - not all clinics will be open - please refer to the photo below.

Our reception team will be on the phones happy to help if you have any pain over the break, ensuring we can see you as promptly as possible.

We will be back with normal hours from Monday 5th January 2026!

We wish everyone a happy, safe and joyful Christmas, and an even better 2026!

We are pleased to be able to celebrate the Gippsland PHN 2024/25 Annual Report.

Through early intervention activities, more than 6,800 hours of care has been provided to 1,400 older people across Gippsland to improve strength, balance, wellbeing and independence.

HealthLinks Gippsland has been able to deliver their Heathy Ageing Program providing personalised assessments, group exercise, osteopathy/physio support and home exercise plans — with 91% of participants reporting improved or sustained health outcomes.

This program is an example of Gippsland PHN commissioning early intervention supports to reduce preventable hospitalisations, support ageing in place, and promote social connectedness for people aged 65 years and over.

We will be back in clinic tomorrow Wednesday November 5th.

Please be aware we have limited availability at the moment as our wonderful osteopaths are full. Because of this we wish to remind our patients if you can not make your appointment please give ample notice to our admin team, so we can best fill your time slot. We understand things come up especially in this busy time of the year.

If you are in need of an appointment urgently, please give admin a call so we can appropriately manage our waitlist.

As always online bookings are always able to be used. Plus you can put yourself on our waitlist via the online booking portal if you can’t see anything immediate.
