We can’t wait to see everyone at Seaspray next Sunday, ready to move together and have some fun!
Due to the Nippers carnival being held the same day, we have decided to move our class to the lovely grass area pictured. It is near the beach entrance, making it the perfect spot for you to head straight down to the water afterwards. You will see us on Foreshore Road.
BEST PARKING - corner of Futcher Street and Foreshore Road.
This event is welcome to everyone, no prior yoga experience required.

Additional classes this January with Kathy! We love having Kathy in the studio every Summer, so make sure you get to one of her classes! 💫

Yin is a quiet, more inward practice, the perfect balance to complete your fully rounded yoga practice.
Supported poses are held for 3-5 minutes, opening and rejuvenating the joints of the body, including the spine. Our focus is to strengthen, lengthen and rehydrate the connective and soft tissues for stability and mobility.

The class will conclude with soft, rhythmic, somatic movements, bringing mindful attention to breath, sound and motion. This subtle release helps to shift and dissolve stuck patterns within the body.
