Being physically active at work doesn’t always mean your body is balanced or truly fit. Most jobs use the same muscles repeatedly, while others are underused. That’s where remedial massage plays an important role. Massage helps release overworked muscles, rebalance the body, improve mobility, and speed up recovery, so you can move better, feel lighter, and stay active long-term.
