🤍creating a support network of loved ones you can co-regulate with;
🤍walking barefoot on grass or at the beach;
🤍hugging someone you trust;
🤍singing and dancing like no one is watching;
🤍showing appreciation and gratitude for someone you love;
🤍playing with your pet; or
🤍doing something that brings you joy.
