My Story

One of the major shifts in my own personal healing came when I was studying my Master of Gestalt. It was here that I saw that I had been surviving my whole life and I had lived through trauma from the beginning of my life to that point in time. It was one of those moments when I just couldn’t find the words to describe the feeling. A light switched on and I could begin to understand why I behaved in the ways I did. I was reading Peter Levine’s book Waking the Tiger and a quote leapt out at me - “Trauma is a fact of life, it does not however have to be a life sentence.” I felt hopeful and became absolutely intrigued with trauma, how it affects the body and how it was recovered from.

Hi, I’m Linda Conyard founder of LindaConyard.com where I am fortunate enough to do my heart and soul work. I am committed to helping women discover their authentic self, embrace their inner wisdom & realise their full potential in their personal & business (entrepreneurial) life.

The whole four years of my Masters I intentionally worked through my own traumas and built an experiential resource within myself to help others. I continue to love doing my own work, studying and educating people about trauma and trauma informed care. The biggest thrill I get from my work is when I see my clients living an empowered, purposeful and authentic life after their hard work with me. Yes it does take work and effort to recover from trauma which is rewarded by stepping fully into their life. I aim to provide a safe and relaxed environment where you are supported to resolve your life long struggles.

A life long struggle might be struggles with: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, sleep disturbances, addictions (of any kind), loss of interest or lack of purpose. In your business it might look like: not enough clients or sales, staffing issues, overwhelm, lack of focus or direction or you might be attracting clients that are not a right fit. As long as you have unresolved issues within, they will keep playing out in your life as a repeating pattern.
