This is a fun, high-energy community drumming circle featuring well-known tunes everyone can play along to — not just random drumming.
ALL AGES WELCOME
No experience needed at all. If you can tap your foot or clap your hands, or even just move to the rhythm, you can do this!

Art can assist in recovering from general illness, coping with a disability, exploring your emotional being and improving self-esteem. Art can help relieve a lot of stress, anger, and sadness. Art is a fabulous escape from feeling ‘stuck’ or ‘a little weird’.

Even if you don’t need serious help, art therapy can provide a great release from the stresses of our daily lives.
