I attended an amazing horse meditation lead by Beatrice and in collaboration with herd of horses from a multi generational family.

My face says it all.

My nervous system is regulated and I feel safe and my body is relaxed.

Did you know horses have a magnetic field of 9 metres?

Horses are extremely sensitive to tension. When someone meditates, their breathing slows, muscles soften, and heart rate drops. To a horse, this reads as complete calm and safety.

Horses tend to synchronise with calm herd members. If your body is relaxed and grounded, their own nervous system can settle. Lying down and sleeping is one of the most vulnerable things a horse can do, so they only do it when they feel very safe.

If horses voluntarily come and sleep next to you while you meditate, it usually means they perceive you as calm, safe, and emotionally steady.

It’s a must try 💕
