Alex is running from Sydney to Melbourne to raise money for in honour of his sister 💛 He will be challenging himself to run a 100kms a day for 10 days 🌟 Unbelievable!
What an incredible challenge & even better cause.

Today is World Su***de Prevention day. A day very close to my heart 💛 Su***de is a crippling grief & one my family & so many have experienced, the ripple effect is devastating & lasts a lifetime 🌼 So many unanswered questions & "what if" for the ones left behind.
Happiness is a journey not a destination. Don't struggle in silence, reach out..every small step you take is one step closer to healing 🌟
Yesterday I was feeling a little flat so I took action to turn my frown upside down 😁 Marley & I went for a run, despite a lack of motivation & as always I felt a million times better 🌟🏃‍♀️🐾
Sunshine, connection, water & a quiet bush track...perfect recipe for a healthier outlook!
So let's take the time to check in with ourselves our family, friends, workmates, neighbours AND if you are reading this and you are not OK reach out ☎️ More often than not it's the people who seem to have it all together who are the most vulnerable.
I always encourage my clients to talk openly and freely in a safe, non judgmental, confidential & friendly environment 🤝
