Today we say goodbye to Dion, who’s been a part of our clinic for nearly a decade. For nine years, he’s brought skill, kindness, and consistency as our remedial massage therapist and myotherapist — and he’s left a mark on all of us.
Now, he’s turning the page into an exciting new chapter: growing Evolve, his running and coaching business. While we’ll miss his presence, we couldn’t be more thrilled for him.

🏃‍♀️ Tessa & Caity Conquer the New York Marathon! 🗽✨
Last Sunday, Tessa and her daughter Caity joined nearly 60,000 runners (a world record!) at the New York Marathon! 🙌
Tessa also competed in the Age Group World Championships, alongside 2,400 runners from around the globe 🌍
Both have been consistent and committed with their training and strength & conditioning, allowing them to take on such a gruelling event and finish strong 💪👏
