What is the right practice for you? Here are a few ´other´ways to meditate...
Firstly, if you are new to meditation, the right practice is one that you enjoy. Otherwise, you will not stick to it. 🫣
Secondly, stick to it! Ha! Yes, find something you enjoy, but dont allow yourself to give in because you dont enjoy it... if you get my drift!😅
Somedays you´ll enjoy it, some days you won't. Stick to it anyway!
Other ways to meditate:
1. A moving meditation like Tai Chi
2. Meditate in nature, like at the Beach or the Bush
3. Chant OM long and slow - X 100
To begin with, I started with 5 minutes every day... some days were good other days were frustrating... It´s sooooo normal!! 🌱
