With the dry weather we were having earlier in the week I was actually getting scared to touch anything metal as I was getting very strong staric discharges. Working in a workshop there is a lot of metal. I rushed inside and put on my Black Tourmaline necklace, disappointed that it wasn’t an immediate improvement. I took a breathe and remembered good things take time. Within a couple of hours the necklace was doing its job and I was happily working without feeling like I was getting electrocuted on everything.

Looking forward to my second retreat with Sisters Aligned Together, can’t wait to meet the lovely ladies this afternoon ...
