I’ve officially graduated in Transpersonal Crystal Healing (R) and feel blessed to practice as a Master Energy Healing Practitioner!

This path has been one of devotion, and personal transformation—and I can’t wait to officially weave this into my Reiki sessions, daily rituals, and offerings.

One way to practice and support your self healing is to feed your chakras and eat the colour wheel!

Abundance manifests in all forms and to attract the good, we need to feel good too. How we feel is at the root of all we create for ourselves.

Today I’m choosing to commit to making better choices to support good health! 🍓🫐☀️ It’s not something I’m terribly good at, but my WHY is worth it.

2025 was a roller coaster year and I’m not going to miss it. I will leverage off the lessons and fuel up for an amazing year ahead!

Here’s to better food choices and less toxins for a healthier mind, body and soul 💚
