Day 1, 2026. Back to work. It was so lovely to have a 2 week break. Some much needed time with family & friends & nature. A time to slow myself down, create & rest. Now, back at work i look forward to seeing some familiar faces & some new peeps walking through my door. Light & love ✨️❤️

These sessions start with a chance to tune in, reflect, and set an intention for the session.

Then, we start with a breathing technique to clear & quieten the mind. We breathe into the heart chakra to recharge & connect to a state of love & joy.

Then we surrender to the sound vibrations of the crystal bowls & other instruments & drift in the cosmic field. ❤️

I love my time with the horses in Glenreagh. Getting to know some of the horses & learning more about their personalities & wisdom from horse gurus Kaylee & Ros Ellis, animal communications & reiki healer .
