Lifeline Coffs Harbour has Crisis Support training coming soon. I trained with Lifeline last year. The training is great, it's challenging & you learn a lot about yourself & others. On the phones, the calls are varied from someone not being able to sleep to su***de prevention. If you're interested in counselling & helping the community, this gives you lots of practice & skills for real life.🌻

Day 1, 2026. Back to work. It was so lovely to have a 2 week break. Some much needed time with family & friends & nature. A time to slow myself down, create & rest. Now, back at work i look forward to seeing some familiar faces & some new peeps walking through my door. Light & love ✨️❤️

Then, we start with a breathing technique to clear & quieten the mind. We breathe into the heart chakra to recharge & connect to a state of love & joy.

Then we surrender to the sound vibrations of the crystal bowls & other instruments & drift in the cosmic field. ❤️
