Hi everyone,
I hope you are a well and enjoying this warmer weather.🌞
I know I am.
I don t have a date yet but Meditation will be a Monday this term , starting in 2 or 3 weeks here in Sawtell.Anyone local who would be interested in joining us the classes will be 5pm or 5.30 pm and go for about 1.5 hrs.Please contact me if you are interested.😊🧘‍♀️✨️
I m planning on incorporating it with a journey using some of the spiritual bush flower essences but you don t have to have them you can just come for the meditation if you like.I will talk more about this soon.
💗Meanwhile keep yourself in your heart centre,
be in nature when you can,
do your gratitudes each day ,
enjoy friendships,family & furry family members.
Laugh alot.
And avoid getting caught up in whats going on out there.🤪💗Remember energy flows where intention goes.
Create the loving world you want to be a part of.🙏
