These hips are made for moving - walking, dancing, swimming, playing tennis, you name it! Whatever you love to do, healthy hips make it all easier. They’re big, powerful joints with loads of potential for movement. In yoga, the focus is often only on flexibility but it’s just as important - especially if you’re hypermobile - to build strength around them too. This month, we’ll work on finding that balance: keeping the hips mobile and strong with the kindness & appreciation that they deserve 💗
