I am so passionate about energy healing and its capacity to help us live as the healthiest and most fulfilled version of ourselves imaginable! I take an eclectic approach to healing, combining a number of techniques from the energy healing modality to tailor your treatment to suit you and your individual needs. I have trained in Meridian Psychotherapy (EFT), Reiki, Colour Therapy, Crystal Healing, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation, Tarot, Psychology and Life Coaching. My aim is to assist you in clearing energy blockages, balancing your body's energy centres and addressing the underlying causes of any physical and mental illness impacting your life. I am here to facilitate and guide you through your healing journey; and to empower you to continue your own self-healing by providing you with tools and techniques that you can apply in your every day life. I firmly believe that just as our high-stress lifestyles, negative thoughts and behaviours, and self-deprecating beliefs can manifest as very real physical illnesses...we also have an innate healing capacity. My life purpose is to share this gift with you; to teach you how to tap back into your own innate healing capacity; and offer support and guidance as you awaken the full potential of your mind, body and spirit.
