A deeply nourishing practice with a focus on cultivating space for inner healing.

Each session is like a love note to the physical, mental & emotional bodies gently guiding you back to wholeness and your natural state of being

Through the exploration of Wuxing, Ancient Chinese cosmology the Five Elements are used to overcome and succeed each element into an immutable cycle and are correlated with the cardinal directions, seasons, colours, musical tones and bodily organs.

Each week, one element will take focus, bringing Harmony and Balance to the Meridian Energy Lines and Chakras. The series will repeat and revolve with each series looking at different aspects and depths which will enable any participants to join in at anytime in the schedule.

Each session we will be moving through a sequence of postures held for a period of time, between 2-5 minutes. Yin Yoga style uses more props and cushions than other styles which is to support the comfort of each participant, enabling and encouraging a deep softening and a real slowing down.

Included will be Mantra, Mudras and Gentle Invitations for Self-Reflection around the theme of the session will be offered always with the intention of cultivating greater Self-Compassion and Self- Healing.

This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with your Spirit and Soul in the Magic of Stillness and Conscious Rest.

Each session concludes a Guided Yoga Nidra with Sound Frequencies for deep relaxation.

Afterwards you will be invited to stay for some raw treats plus warming cups of organic teas.

We have been invited to join the stage lineup on the day to create some atmosphere by adding a Sound Scape Session. Our Team will be there all day with a huge stall showcasing all of our workshops and special Gifts of Gratitude wares PLUS an extra surprise!

We also have a special Autumn Equinox Sound Gathering on Friday the 20th of March! This is an invitation to honour the Equinox through balance, inner courage, and the awakening of deeper consciousness. An hour and a half of Sound Healing followed by a light vegetarian supper and endless cups of warning tea.

An invitation to honour the Equinox through balance, inner courage, and the awakening of deeper consciousness.

The Festivals around each Equinox are an opportunity for each of us to take a moment of active reflection and honour the path we have walked. It also offers the time for us to look forward and to see the potential in the season to come. Ancient rituals have been passed on down the ages.

Autumn Equinox is a sacred moment of equal light and equal dark — a pause in the rhythm of the Earth where day and night stand in perfect balance. It is a doorway into softening… a gentle invitation to turn inward and tend to our inner garden. Mother Nature begins her quiet release. Leaves fall in full trust, letting go of what is no longer needed.

Just as the forest sheds what has completed its cycle, we too are invited to clear the clutter that hides our inner gold — to make space for what is true, precious, and alive within us. In this golden turning of the seasons, we are reminded to honour the beauty of letting go, and to remember the quiet wisdom of nature that lives within us all.

From Sound Healing Sessions, to Yoga, Mantra, Meditation and Chant, Storytelling Evenings, Art Exhibitions, Slow Stitching Workshops, Sustainability Events and more, The Sound Temple is “Your Peace of Paradise in Perth Hills”.

The design of The Sound Temple is drawn from the native American tipi, which comes from the belief that the world, and life itself, is circular: a never-ending cycle of energy. The inside of the Temple space is natural wood which enhances the experience.
