For sustainable results we need balance, and an environment that promotes success without continuous willpower

Never before have we counted calories or exercised for weight loss, why start now?
So what really works? - ⚖️BALANCE⚖️
To achieve balance we flip Eat Less Move More upside down!
- More energy and nutrition to tackle our challenges and goals
- Less fatigue and hunger that requires willpower to fight
- Produces an internal environment (BODY) for fat burning NOT and external environment (EXERCISE) for calorie burning
EAT MORE MOVE LESS!
It may sound crazy but not only does is work, its 10x easier than it's counterpart - you can enjoy your life and achieving your goals.
EAT MORE FAT BURNING FOOD 🔥
- Move away from sugar and carbohydrates OR shift them to the end of the day/post exercise.. Carbs are energy storing, regardless of their nutrition. For successful weight loss we must think controlling our energy metabolism not nutrition. For example, a banana is high in potassium (nutrition) but produces a big insulin spike (energy storing).
- There are no essential carbohydrates, only essential PROTEINS + FATS - we can live without them!
- Eat more healthy fats and proteins. Fat is the ultimate fat burning food. Eat Fat To Burn Fat! Meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, cheese, and many more. Make these 70% of your plate. How? Almost no insulin spike! = We more readily tap into our stored energy, burning fat and reducing our hunger.
MOVE LESS for weight loss and MORE for Fitness/Fun 🤪
- Exercise is only 15-30% of energy output - 70% is our internal environment.
- Building muscle increases our internal environment energy burning (70%) - Results even when were sat on the sofa.🙆♂️
Running on a treadmill increases our external environment energy burning (30%) - Results only when you're on the treadmill.😢
BOTH INCREASE HUNGER!
- Exercise for fun! No exercise routine will last if we can't wait for it to be over every time we do it. Plays sports, go for a bike run, stretch at home - enjoy it!
