What does this cupping thing look like you ask?!?

Did some self cupping the other day so I thought I would take a pic and share.

The left side was cupped the day prior to the photo. This is the sort of marks you can expect to see after a treatment which generally last about a week. We refrain from saying 'bruises' because a bruise generally implies some sort of trauma or damage to the body which these aren't. The feeling of them after is similar to if you had had a deep massage so may be a little tender but that generally doesn't last long.

The right side - obviously a work in progress. Clearly I'm unable to massage myself so will place cups in lieu. At this particular time I had a sore left lower back so only did that side but because they had worked so well I felt completely out of alignment so had. To go back and loosen the right side as well.

Wowsers - how is there only 10 days left of the summer school holidays?!?!

As I have previously outlined, this year my new days with be Monday, Thursday & Friday (and some Wednesdays) during school hours.

Another year done and dusted, Happy New Year everyone!

So privileged to have the most amazing clients, and I thank each and every one of you for your support during 2025.

I've had a few queries about my availability over the school holidays and long answer short - I'm around. No set days and I'll only be offering mobile massage until school goes back (and I have some control over keeping a nice serene place for you all!!). Just shoot me through a message if you want to book something in and I'll see what we can work out!

Once school goes back on 4th Feb, my updated days will be Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you want to get in early to book again just shoot me through a message.

Looking forward to working with you all again into 2026!
