Sitting in an ice bath isn’t comfortable…it’s cold, it’s challenging and every second is a mental (and physical) battle, BUT that’s exactly why I do it.

Discipline is built in the moments you want to quit BUT DON’T😮‍💨🙌🏼

The gym literally taught me discipline that I carry into every part of my life…

Showing up even when I don’t feel like it, challenging myself when it’s hard and pushing through when I want to quit.

I love testing myself by feeling uncomfortable and proving that I CAN do hard things.

Let’s be real, no workout, no ice bath, no challenge ever leaves you wishing you didn’t do it…

You always feel better and you always thank yourself.

And that’s exactly why I challenge myself, because I know how good it feels AFTERWARDS🙌🏼

On the days you don’t have motivation, when you really don’t feel like showing up, this is where discipline comes in. Discipline yourself to do it anyway, because future you will thank you🤌🏼

So this is your reminder that…growth happens outside your comfort zone.
