My clients know it- when they are in the spot where they choose to go into safety in the old way of being or embody the change- we call it boot camp 🤪

It feels uncomfortable, confronting, we want to stamp our feet and not be in it

The transition feels like you're in a washing machine

But these challenges and the way we show up is the sweet spot

Where we put in the reps

We don't embody the lessons so much when it's sunshine and unicorns

When we are in that space of joy and pleasure, we milk it and adapt your nervous system to it

But when you're in the pain we feel whatever we need to and use it as our teacher

These spaces and watching my incredible humans contract and expand through the journey of life is so beautiful

Feel like you're looping in the same habits?

You make changes then slip back into old habits and end up where you started

Then you shame yourself and say you can't make changes

But there is nothing wrong with you

You just have to put the reps in over and over and work with your nervous system to recalibrate

Doing it a couple of times is just dipping your toes in

To get to that next frequency, your nervous system has to feel the change and get comfortable

You know that feeling, when you're triggered and someone tells you to just calm down, it makes it worse

You're body isn't supposed to be calm all the time

Your body is supposed to feel a range of feelings and emotions

Your body is supposed to be free to express, shake, fall apart, get loud, feel like it needs to dissociate and hide away

Your neevous system wants to feel playful and excited for the day in its play state

Or nervous when you are going outside your comfort zone and doinv something you've never done before
