The support for RP Physio right across the Upper & Lower Hunter is amazing. And although I love this & it’s the sign of a much needed service, it also means high demand.

We are now fully booked till early Feb 2026 & there is currently no availability on our online booking platform.

Congratulations to on opening their beautiful new space in Scone. With small classes and a focus on the individual it’s a safe space to start or continue your exercise & fitness journey. Chelsie also has additional skills in pre and postnatal training so it’s great for Mums & Mums to be too!

Designed for women who move, train, lift, run (or all of the above), it dives into how your athletic background can influence your birth, recovery, and pelvic health and how to work with this, not against it.

Because being strong is your superpower and the way you prepare for birth should reflect that.

Our courses are designed to help people feel confident, informed, and in control.

To understand their bodies, their options, and how to advocate for themselves.

Because when you feel supported, heard, and safe, even when things shift, you’re less likely to carry the weight of trauma after birth.

Birth doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. But it should never leave someone feeling broken.
