You might be surprised by number 12 😅🧐

It’s quite common to only notice that you might have high cortisol once the signs start becoming more obvious and interrupting your quality of life.

But the earlier you can become aware that your cortisol levels are high from chronic stress and/or trauma, the less you’ll have to “undo” and release.

EFT tapping is one of the best ways to release stress and reduce cortisol levels, and it’s never too late to start.
