A fresh 3 week series opening out this Thursday in macksville. In Awareness Through Movement, we train in experience, with a view to integrate that experience through our embodied life.
Movement is life. Life is movement . If we can change the quality of movement, we can change the quality of life itself.
Thus change , honesty, sensations , our habits, reactivity - response, and adaptable wellbeing, all come into play.
Awareness is integral.

For our time in class, we put down what we are carrying, and become grounded ( a much unexplored and underrated state of being). We then, (simply put), explore many subtle, yet sophisticated movement combinations to evoke our neurological capacity to change.
These classes stimulate an experiential understanding of neuroplasticity. We can feel better, become more adaptable, changeable, resilient, and honest with our state of being and life as it is ...
In this series we are really looking to harmonise all our selves, and feel this possibility as a living process in our every day ordinary life.. moment to moment 🌐🙏🏽
Movement wise, we will use the theme of rotation. Turning , twisting, and changing direction, as a somatic cue for our learning. Imagine you were aware every time you changed direction. This could be very interesting ....
It might be good to also note that here class we do not use our body as a machine to perform tasks or repetitions, but rather we exercise our ability to observe and explore.
Feldenkrais is for all bodies and capacities, come as you are🌻, byo mat if possible
