Itâs not the flat tummy (though thatâs nice).
Itâs not the daily satisfying poos (though thatâs a game-changer).
My absolute favourite thing about having a healthy gut is⌠not having to think about it.
For years, my gut took up too much of my mental real estate.
I was constantly thinking about what I could eat, what I couldnât, where the nearest toilet was, whether my pants would fit by the end of the day, and why I was so damn tired and snappy.
Healing my gut gave me my brain back. It gave me my life back.
But the other perks are pretty great, too:

⨠Clear, glowing skin, because the inflammation is gone.
