It’s not the flat tummy (though that’s nice).

It’s not the daily satisfying poos (though that’s a game-changer).

My absolute favourite thing about having a healthy gut is… not having to think about it.

For years, my gut took up too much of my mental real estate.

You don’t need to slave in the kitchen to be enjoy a meal that is going to fuel you 💪🏽

I mix up my protein from wild caught fish to
- Chicken
- Halloumi
- Any left over meat from last nights dinner

I always try to get out Salmon from or tinned fish from so it’s always wild caught

Salad is Organic Kale Slaw and organic chickpeas from

Sometimes I add Kimchi, sauerkraut, avocado or some seeds!
