Beach Acupuncture & Wellness Lounge turns ONE today!

As the Founder of our clinic I am so thankful and excited with all the changes we’ve seen in the last 12mths.

It’s been a ride that’s for sure!

But the next 12mths will bring more collaborations, more treatments, new practitioners and plenty of offerings for your soulful wellness journey!

A little hint at some workshops we will have next year - coming soon!

But for now, a huge 💝 thank you 💝 to all of our patients and clients-it’s you who make the difference to our weeks, and we love supporting you and your health goals!

A new and very specific consult with Dr. Rebecca Brook is now available.

This consult involves an extremely thorough assessment of your current health status, blood results, sexual and reproductive health, emotional and mental health, current support network and provides acupuncture treatment too.

You will receive a follow up email after your consult with guidance for future medications/supps, Chinese herbal formulas and much more.

Beaches. Humid air. Gorgeous people who do anything for you. That’s Bali.

It’s been epic so far. The place is truly special and we’ve seen a lot.

One week to go!

Gotta say bringing three kids hasn’t been the relaxing and replenishing trip I’d hoped for so far, but they’re getting great experiences and learning alot thats for sure. And it has been a big learning curve for us all as we’ve never been here before!

Looking forward to getting back in clinic on 4th Nov and hearing all your updates (hoping some babies have been born and there are some + pregnancy tests too!!) 💕

I hear the weather in Adl has been horrid! Hope it clears soon so we can all enjoy some sun!

These are changing slightly over the coming months with alternate Wed later appts coming up (last one is 5pm).

Dr. Bec still works alternate Saturdays but as we draw closer to Christmas she can open up some times other days too. 😊 if demand is there.

I absolutely can’t wait to start treating patients in this room next week..

Beach Acu & Wellness are hosting a wonderful workshop for any women out there who need some help with food choices, feeding the family easily, women who want to build energy levels and sustain their overall wellbeing!

This gem of a workshop is the brainchild of Steph McInnes-a well known local Nutritionist , and Dr. Rebecca Brook from our clinic (Acupuncturist and Dr. of Chinese medicine).

These lovely ladies invite you to open your minds, have a morning of TLC and learn more tips and tricks to make life feel a bit easier overall!

What’s going to happen?

We start with a gentle breathing & body focus

Then move on to some nutrition guidance from Steph about areas such as
- food swaps
- reading food labels and understanding them
- easy meal ideas
- foods to try on the day!
- guidance on fussy eaters
- how to simplify meal times

Brunch - try some of the foods from the morning session!

Bec will then present some info about
- how the body struggles to replenish after having children (even years later!)
- how to build up your “stores” again with diet and lifestyle
- which organs become more drained and why
- why eating enough for a menstrual cycle is essential
