Stronger legs. Better balance. More confidence in daily life.

We’re launching a new Fall Prevention, Strength & Balance class — designed for those wanting to stay independent, mobile and active. Small group sessions which are supervised by an experienced physio, so you’ll be supported & coached safely the whole way through.

Small group. Individual attention. Functional exercises that actually translate to your life — stairs, shopping, gardening, getting on/off the floor etc.

🗓️ Tuesdays at 9:00am
