Meet Lavleen 👩‍⚕️

Our friendly Pharmacy Intern who joined the TerryWhite Chemmart Seaford team in April 2025.

Originally a qualified pharmacist from India, Lavleen has recently completed her registration to practice here in Australia - such an amazing achievement 👏

What she loves most about her role? Getting to connect with people from all walks of life and helping them with their health needs every day. 💚

Lavleen says she loves that our store is just the right kind of busy, always full of people to help, yet still a welcoming and personal space for every customer.

Hot or cold❄️🔥? Knowing which to use can make a big difference in how well you recover!

Cold packs are best used within the first 48 hours of an injury to help reduce swelling and bruising, while heat packs are great for easing muscle stiffness, and increasing blood flow, which delivers more oxygen and nutrients to the damaged tissue.

Always wrap your pack in a cloth before applying to protect your skin, and make sure to activate or “snap” it correctly for the best results.

💡 Tip: Some packs can be heated AND cooled - check the instructions on your product!

Our dispense staff work under high pressure and volume daily delivering prescriptions over the counter and in Webster packs for the community.
