This is one of my favourite blends for the bedroom, especially before bedtime. It creates the perfect “ahhhh” atmosphere so is great to have on hand for a calming bath, evening yoga practice or any situation that calls for relaxation or peacefulness ☮️✌️

This blend of essential oils have stimulating qualities to help you generate the extra energy needed to power through your day and provide a deliciously supportive aroma throughout your space:
✨2 drops thyme
✨2 drops rosemary
✨2 drops nutmeg
