Find your CALM ✨🍃😮‍💨 Friday morning is my time to move with ! However, I have also created a little ritual of walking pre class in nature - rain, shine or lately wind! 💨 Whether it’s 10minutes or half hour just it’s a time for me to slow down, breathe and tune in to my body and mind 🙏

Your motivation: find time in your week to slow down. Sometimes we don’t realise how ‘on’ we are until we pause - this will be amazing for nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing. 💪

🔔 I am now fully booked for the remainder of September and the month of October! 🗓️ As I am currently only offering massages Thursday evenings and Fridays, please be aware of limited availability.

✨ If you are a regular client, I encourage you to book your appointments well ahead of time to ensure you secure your preferred day and time!
✨ WAITLIST: To be added to the waitlist, please send me your preferred day THURSDAY evening or FRIDAY. Appointments do often pop up last minute so it’s a great idea to pop yourself on the list incase if a cancellation!

New client intake forms have had a fresh update! 🎉Why am I sharing this? 🤔Because I’ve chosen to add some extra questions for clients to fill out prior to their massage that go beyond the usual - medications, where do you feel tight, any allergies?

STRESS plays such a big role in how I body presents itself. 🤯 Now clients can detail if they feel stressed and if it is ongoing and situational. 💪 This tells me as the therapist a little more about why they could be holding tension in a specific area or why they may be feeling a certain discomfort/sensation. 👍 I can then decide what kind of massage they need whether it be a relaxing flow, MLD or firmer pressure and we can see better results once they hop off that massage table at the end of their treatment! 🙌
