After our sound bath with the beautiful Martha Collard at Red Door Studio, she invited us to look into the eyes of our neighbour — to really see them.

In that moment, a wave of love surged through me so powerfully it brought me to tears.

It’s hard to describe what happens when heart energy meets heart energy. The sound opened something deeper, and love — pure, wordless love — moved through.

I’ll never forget it.

And it’s is this love that I know is my soul’s mission to teach people to access. It’s profound. It has to be felt, deeply. And it takes courage to reach it.

I’m so grateful for this circle of women, my soul family, and to have been witnessed by someone who truly understood. 💗

Hong Kong has always felt like home — and I’m heading back soon for a very special reunion.

Almost six years ago, just before Covid, I gathered a group of ladies for what became our Power of 8 circle — an intention-based meditation group. When the world shut down, we kept meeting online… every single week since.

Now we live in the UK, USA, Malaysia, Hong Kong and in Australia — still showing up for each other through the waves of life.

Together we’ve healed deeply, changed careers, celebrated families growing, found our soul paths, and softened old stories. The energy we’ve created together has rippled far beyond us — into our families, our work, and everyone we touch. ✨

This group became my soul family, and the inspiration for The Purple Tent.

So to finally gather again, in one physical space after all this time, feels profoundly special. I have no doubt the frequency on Earth might just spike the day we meet 🤍

And yes — I’ve created Wayfarer’s Calm especially for this trip. A mindful traveller’s companion mist for grounding, soothing and staying centred amidst movement and emotion.

It’s my way of carrying a pocket of calm as I journey home — within and without. 🌿
