At a Touch Of Care we strongly believe each Ndis participants is gifted and we are passionate in working with participants and their families in pursuing each individual’s potential growth and thus, creating optimal benefit in a safe environment that caters to their individual needs and promotes healthy life styles.
We strongly believe a professionally educated and trained team is a key to successfully assisting NDIS participants reach their goals thus we ensure all our staff have previous experience in working with NDIS participants and that all our staff are thoroughly inducted and their roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood. We aim to undertake a minimum of 6 professional development trainings for staff per year.
We offer a large variety of support services to self managed and plan managed clients including but not limited to;
- Assistant with daily personal activities
- Assistant with travel and transport arrangements
- Assist with daily life tasks
- innovative community participation
- development of daily living and life skills
- Assistant with household tasks
- Participate in community, social and civic activities
- Assistant to access and maintain employment or higher education
