Our eighth season of Yoga At The Beach (donation yoga for Beyond Blue) starts on Sunday, December 7th, at 9am at Point Malcolm Reserve.

It will run on Sundays from December 7th to 21st, 2025, break for Xmas & New Year, and resume on January 4th until February 15th, 2026.

Final session of yoga at the beach for 24/25 yesterday, thank you for pacticing with me and your kind donations which totalled $1,435.85 this season.

Over the 7 years of yoga at the beach for Beyondblue we have donated a total of $9,128.05.

Look forward to seeing you for our 8th season (25/26) in November latter this year.

Please note the Dolphin run is on tomorrow so if attending yoga the beach this Sunday you might want to get there early for parking.

We will be practicing on near the other side of basketball court this week not our usual spot.
