Lachy has a special interest in back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, and finding ways to keep active at all stages of life. Starting out with a passion for sports physio, Lachy's curiosity led him to dedicate himself to understanding the science of pain — and how that knowledge can truly power up treatment for people who feel like something has been missing from their care!!!

Outside of the clinic, Lachy is a true adventurer 🌍🧗 — whether he's hiking, rock-climbing, or chasing down places only found at the end of dusty roads around the world — we love it!!!

We are so lucky to have him in our tribe! Please visit the link in our bio to head straight to Lachy's profile or to make a booking! 🌿

Dr Libby Oldfield Specialist Pelvic Physio is here together with our Pain Physios to tackle endometriosis-related pain and chronic pelvic pain conditions.

No more suffering in silence. We’re here for you, and we know pain 💗🌻🫶🏻

This month, we observed World Endometriosis Day 🌻

Endometriosis affects around 1 in 10 women, girls, and those assigned female at birth worldwide. It’s still widely misunderstood and can take years to diagnose.

We’re proud to support greater awareness, understanding, and inclusion for people living with endometriosis and other non-visible disabilities.

And the theme of art continues!!!

Scott's journey through pain has certainly impacted his creative output, but despite a decline in productivity he continued relentlessly to finish this project over an extensive period of time.

Scott's never give up and just keep swimming attitude is just extraordinary and we can't wait to see the completion of your other creative projects.

Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

NEW at Evolving Pain 🌿

💃🏼 Safe to Move: Pelvic Health Pods 💃

We’re proud to introduce our specialist-led movement pods designed for people seeking pregnancy, post-natal or pelvic pain specialised care.

Led by our Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Libby Oldfield, these small, supportive groups (maximum of four) focus on rebuilding confidence, safety, and strength in movement at your unique pace, and without pressure.

Each 45-minute session is thoughtfully guided, with the option to stay afterwards for relaxed courtyard community chats for a chance to connect with others who understand the journey.

✨ 6-week closed groups
✨ Private health rebates available
✨ Very limited places to ensure high quality personalised care

If you’ve been wanting to return to movement but weren’t sure where to begin, or you're finding movement more difficult that previously this could be the supportive next step.

📅 Starting Feb 20th!
