Scott's journey through pain has certainly impacted his creative output, but despite a decline in productivity he continued relentlessly to finish this project over an extensive period of time.

💃🏼 Safe to Move: Pelvic Health Pods 💃

We’re proud to introduce our specialist-led movement pods designed for people seeking pregnancy, post-natal or pelvic pain specialised care.

Led by our Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Libby Oldfield, these small, supportive groups (maximum of four) focus on rebuilding confidence, safety, and strength in movement at your unique pace, and without pressure.

Each 45-minute session is thoughtfully guided, with the option to stay afterwards for relaxed courtyard community chats for a chance to connect with others who understand the journey.

✨ 6-week closed groups
✨ Private health rebates available
✨ Very limited places to ensure high quality personalised care

If you’ve been wanting to return to movement but weren’t sure where to begin, or you're finding movement more difficult that previously this could be the supportive next step.
