Melanoma is a type of skin cancer that starts in the cells that give skin its colour. It often develops from sun exposure. 🌞

To protect yourself:
Use sunscreen with high SPF daily. 🧴
Avoid direct sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. ⏰
Seek shade, wear hats and protective clothing. 🧢👒
Regularly check your skin for any changes in moles or spots. 🔍
Get professional skin checks. 🩺

If you notice a mole changing, growing, or bleeding, see a doctor right away. Early detection is crucial! ⚠️
