We offer a wide range of services and treatments like Osteopathy, Acupuncture, TCM, Naturopathy, Remedial & Biodynamic Craniosacral Massage, Counselling, Ayurevda, Hypnotherapy, Bowen Therapy, Integrative Medicine, plus more! We embrace the term complementary rather than alternative, as we are experienced in interfacing with orthodox medical practitioners. Where necessary the patient receives a team-based approach to their health care, ensuring the most effective outcomes. We encourage people to combine classes with their individual treatments

SelbyFest celebration is on today!!!!!!!
There is live entertainment, food stalls, activities …. RIH will be there offering mini massage sessions as well as a guided hypnotherapy session during the afternoon. We are located inside….come in, stay warm and dry!!!!!!

Today’s the day! Come down to SELBY ‘50th’ FEST 2pm - 6pm, and help us celebrate 50 years of Selby Community House - and this AMAZING community we are all a part of❤️

We have a HUGE circus tent covering the whole amphitheater, and heaters to keep you warm! 🔥

So much to enjoy, both inside and outside (under cover) - with live music, food trucks, a history display and talks (in the lounge), devonshire teas and fun hand-on activities for kids and adults!

We have a FREE Shuttle Bus to deliver you straight to the party! Plenty of parking at Belgrave Station or Selby Primary School.

Shuttle bus stops at:
1. Belgrave Station
2. Selby CFA Bus stop (park at school)
3. Selby General Store
Look for the big signs at each bus stop. Bus running in a continuous loop all afternoon, so no more than 20 mins wait.

Our team of experts will be offering mini sessions from 2.30 till 5.30 inside the community house.

Take your pick from an array of therapies, including Massage from a Chinese Medicine perspective, Spinal Energetics, Remedial Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Hypnotherapy-for those who “knead” to invite some relaxation into their day!

Our adjoining Studio offers group classes and individual sessions in modalities such as yoga, pilates and meditation and are designed to equip people to develop their own therapeutic practice for home.
