I love swimming in the sunshine, frozen grapes, creating, connecting, bare feet, kindness, laughing, board games, baby wearing, exploring natural therapies, good company, good wine, togetherness, smiles and giggles, yoga, meditation, diving, travel, massages, learning, adventures, tropical everything, warm cups of tea, delightful smells, nature, outside fires and hot baths in winter, dancing, stretching, my family, my tribe… Ok I’ll stop now. Growing up, I always felt an overwhelming urge to want to create peace and connection and spread love and compassion, I just wasn’t sure in what capacity. Falling pregnant in 2012 saw my life catapulted on a whole new trajectory… I found myself inhaling any and all information I could find on pregnancy, birth, breast feeding, parenthood, women’s mysteries and the sacred feminine. When I gave birth to my first wildling in 2013 I quickly realised just how vitally important it is to not only nurture your child, but to nurture yourself. Finding my tribe of women to journey alongside, share experiences with and support and love one another was an essential aspect of my adventure… I feel so blessed to still have these women in my life as we continue to grow and learn together. I feel very fortunate to be able to combine my passion for pregnancy, birth and motherhood with my desire to care and nurture others. I am able to support women on their individual journeys – whether that’s through my doula and placenta work or bringing women together to weave a web of celebration and support. No one can pour from an empty cup. You must do things for YOU! YOU GUYS! I made a real-life, old-school vision board today using magazine clippings & I’m completely over-the-top ENAMORED with it 😂✂️🫶🏽

I love every single tiny detail to dirty death 🥹

I haven’t done one for YEARS because I don’t buy magazines! But Mum had some Women’s Weekly lying around that she said we could use. My very favourite part? These magazines were bought in 2025 by my 89yo Nanna, read cover to cover, then passed to my aunty... then another aunty... then to my Mum.

So these words and images have been seen, touched and held by my favourite women; my maternal line, my aunties, my Nanna and my Mama Bear & that brings ALL the extra added juicy magick 🥹❤️‍🔥

“...I was thinking of Mary.
In labor, on a donkey, exiled to the barn. No door, no heat, no food, no clean water, no supplies. Animal s**t everywhere. The muck of soul work. The only physical support being Joseph who was unwise in the ways of woman. Teenage refuges of oppression. Seeking safety & warmth. Angels abound!
While all Christ-mas songs crescendo in all-mighty hero worship of the new savior, of the little king, fall on your knees, this holy night, this night divine-I give it to Mary. Mary who was practically alone. Mary who rocked it hardcore during what is historically & presently the most dangerous time in a young woman’s life. Mary who suffered in a world which still delights in the pain of woman. Mary who like all new Mothers questioned her worth to parent her child. Mary who had to discover her own faith in a whole new way. Hot holy damn. Mama divine, I hear the angels. I fall on my knees to you. Not because you birthed “naturally” or “unassisted/free” or “undisturbed” in a barn. Or because there was no pain relief. There is nothing special or triumphant about where & how you birthed just because it is now overly-romanticized in the 21st century. That is where you were forced to be.

There are many many around the world who still consider the pains of childbirth are deserved, due to the sins of woman. The sins of curiosity & seeking knowledge. There are many WOC around the world still exiled to the shed alone during labor & forced to stay for 2 weeks postpartum until they are considered ‘pure’ & ‘clean’ again.

So I fall on my knees to you Mary because you are a survivor. You are a fierce & holy vessel of magic & spirit. I acknowledge you this night divine because while many celebrate the birth of Jesus this season, soul focus on the boy child, there is not nearly enough recognition of you. Sacred Mother. Roaring to the stars.” -

Except maybe there was a midwife present.
