My Peak Performance Physiotherapy & Pilates MPP is a well-established and recommended Physiotherapy & Pilates clinic, located in the heart of Seven Hills.

We deliver professional and high-quality Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy treatment as well as chronic pain treatment & management. My Peak Performance is your local Physiotherapy and Pilates Clinic, run by locals for locals. We are a compassionate team of experienced Physiotherapists, and friendly admin staff, who we treat all musculoskeletal injuries including sporting injuries, lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, hip & SIJ pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle and foot injuries, pre & post-surgery, postnatal and chronic/complex pain management. MPP is a small, locally owned business, serving our local community. We have strong links and referral basis to other health services as well as supporting local sporting clubs and the community. We have strong ties to the local and surrounding suburbs including Seven Hills, Winston Hills, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Norwest, Blacktown, Toongabbie, Kings Langley, Kings Park, Prospect and Lalor Park! We promised an update, and then life got busy... 😬

Simon and Georgie celebrated a fantastic evening at the Australian Professionals Small Business Champion Awards 🥳👏🥂

It was humbling to be announced as one of 6 finalists in the Physiotherapy category 🤩 Although MPP didn't take home the top award, it was a fantastic evening being able to get dressed up and celebrate small business with like-minded, passionate people from all over the country 🙌😍🙌

We are so excited to announce that My Peak Performance has been selected as a finalist in the Australian Professionals Small Business Champion Awards for 2025 🥳🥳🥳

The Small Business Champion Awards started in 1999 to recognise the achievements of outstanding small businesses from all states and territories across Australia. It is an absolute honour to be chosen as a finalist within the Physiotherapy category 🤩🙌

As many of you know, it's a family affair here at MPP 💙💚🩷 We love what we do and work hard to provide an outstanding service to our amazing clients. Small business isn't easy 😅 However, we are so grateful we are still here doing what we do, almost 9 years on from opening the doors!

The Tour de France is on, which means one thing.... it's Fromage Friday 🧀🍷

For those who have no idea what we're talking about, it's a little tradition amongst the (people at home on the couch watching the Tour de France) to have a little bit of cheese on a Friday night while watching the Tour!

We love following the Tour, and who's kidding, we all love an excuse for a little fromage 🧀😄

Tonight is an individual time trial 🚵‍♂️⏱️ If you've never watched the Tour, why not take a look?! If the cycling isn't your thing, still tune in as you also get some amazing views of the French countryside 🌄🌾🏰

We'll also be keeping a keen eye on the British Open too which started yesterday and continues through to Sunday ⛳️🏌️‍♂️ We hope you have a wonderful weekend and enjoy some of the amazing sport on offer 🤩

Hard to believe we are 1/2 way through winter ❄️⛄️🥶

Simon & Georgie have been enjoying the snow this winter season 🏂❄️ We thought this was the perfect time to remind everyone to make sure they are managing their bodies and getting those ni**les sorted throughout the winter sport and snow season ⚽️⛷️🏐

Simon and Georgie complete their warm up exercises (in the snow car park 🤣), stretching throughout and at the end of the day as well as preparing and exercising in between snow trips 🙌🥳🙌
