My Peak Performance Physiotherapy & Pilates MPP is a well-established and recommended Physiotherapy & Pilates clinic, located in the heart of Seven Hills.

We deliver professional and high-quality Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy treatment as well as chronic pain treatment & management. My Peak Performance is your local Physiotherapy and Pilates Clinic, run by locals for locals. We are a compassionate team of experienced Physiotherapists, and friendly admin staff, who we treat all musculoskeletal injuries including sporting injuries, lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, hip & SIJ pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle and foot injuries, pre & post-surgery, postnatal and chronic/complex pain management. MPP is a small, locally owned business, serving our local community. We have strong links and referral basis to other health services as well as supporting local sporting clubs and the community. We have strong ties to the local and surrounding suburbs including Seven Hills, Winston Hills, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Norwest, Blacktown, Toongabbie, Kings Langley, Kings Park, Prospect and Lalor Park! We've been LOVING watching the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics 😍🏂❄️🥌☃️⛷️🏔️⛸️

What these Olympic athletes put their bodies and minds through is phenomenal 🤯 Reaching the peak of their discipline is no small feat, and we've been loving cheering them on (even if it is at some crazy time in the morning 🤪)

What's been your favourite sport so far, or what are you most looking forward to seeing? We enjoy all the disciplines, but especially the luge, skeleton and slopestyle (Simon's been picking up some pointers 😂😜)
