The air con will be full on tonight Wednesday 17th Dec.

We will be doing poses for a steady mind and steady strength in body .

We will be talking about Chanchala
or candlelight tonight .

Think about when you have lit a
candle What did it mean to you . ??

to celebrate a birthday or a communion service or to remember someone.

Candle light has many roles and in yoga there are many spiritual reasons around lighting a candle.

Yoga is on tonight Monday 15th Dec 2025 at Seymour.

Pre Xmas yogii asanas to induce feelings of Confidence/Faith,Hope and Kindness .

Every small act of Kindness is magnified in this run up time to Xmas .

Looking forward to sharing yoga with all looking for peace in their lives right now

Hi to all yogiis ,

sorry just another reminder no yoga tonight monday 13th oct

as mentioned in previous post on Wed 15th we will do niyama poses for self discovery ,exploring the atma or individual soul
this is 4th of 5 niyamas showing us mind body connection.

we will also include 5th niyama showing us how to explore a self greater than us ,universal self or paramatma .

this will then complete 5 niyamas for all recent attendees and finish our niyama study .

Then we will celebrate the festival of lights next week beginning Mon 20th oct, Diwali.

Diwali is one of best festival weeks in yoga calendar filled with light hope and joy so hope to see you all enjoy this special and very hopeful time of the year .

No yoga tonight Mon 13th oct

As we know asanas or yoga poses are external physical actions .
By doing traditional authentic asanas or physical actions your mind and internal organs also get primed up to benefit from the effect the physical actions are giving to you .
Its wonderful system 2 WAY SYSTEM physical actions programming mind and body all in one work out .

On Wednesday we continue to work though the 5 niyamas .
These niyamas are action s that we can all do to help mind and body .
Niyamas guide us to put certain things into our lives like gratitude , abundance , contentedness (whereas 5 yamas guide us to remove certain actions like cheating stealing wasting time etc )

Wed 15th will do a niyama for self study , asanas or poses to help you on your journey of self discovery .

Its always good to learn something new ,on this night you may learn something new about yourself like a strength you never knew you had or a passion for an unspoken idea etc .
