Hi to all yogiis ,
No yoga tonight Mon 13th oct
See you Wed 15th oct .
As we know asanas or yoga poses are external physical actions .
By doing traditional authentic asanas or physical actions your mind and internal organs also get primed up to benefit from the effect the physical actions are giving to you .
Its wonderful system 2 WAY SYSTEM physical actions programming mind and body all in one work out .
On Wednesday we continue to work though the 5 niyamas .
These niyamas are action s that we can all do to help mind and body .
Niyamas guide us to put certain things into our lives like gratitude , abundance , contentedness (whereas 5 yamas guide us to remove certain actions like cheating stealing wasting time etc )
Wed 15th will do a niyama for self study , asanas or poses to help you on your journey of self discovery .
Its always good to learn something new ,on this night you may learn something new about yourself like a strength you never knew you had or a passion for an unspoken idea etc .
