Before relocating back to Perth with her family, one of our wonderful care workers left us with this incredible artwork — a piece she created herself to represent Right at Home Greater Logan.

The central circle represents the Heart of Right at Home — our team and clients at the centre of everything we do.
The surrounding circles illustrate the broader community we’re connected to, symbolising how we work together to facilitate healthy pathways and positive outcomes for all.
