Between appointments, and especially during busy holiday periods, small daily habits can go a long way in supporting your spine and nervous system.

Think simple things like:

✔️ Watching your posture
✔️ Staying hydrated
✔️ Breathing deeply
✔️ Using at-home tools like foam rollers, stretch bands, or mobility balls when used correctly
