At Happy Learners Therapy Services, we believe great therapy starts with supported therapists. We’re growing our Springwood team and inviting 1–2 new grads or early-career OTs to join us in 2026.

🤓 Weekly 1:1 supervision, shadowing, training sessions, induction workshops, achievable and sustainable KPIs.
💼 $78k–$90k + super + $2.5k PD allowance + bonus program + leave flexibility + half-day Fridays!
