Yesterdays Red & Yellow ❤️✨️ ARTernoon creative play session
invited this intimate group to effortlessly show up for themselves.
The afternoon was a place of all in , hands on innocence & play.
It had these souls feeling free to explore their inner creators worlds with me through their senses, in colour, texture & the elements.
This is one of the ways I bring creativity to the table.
This is one way how I invite people into knowing themselves more deeply and create change in their worlds especially their everyday life experience.

You hold such a safe space and guide it so gently
I was surprised at how deep I went… I felt a whole rainbow of emotions, from happiness and joy through to sadness and anger
Old wounds came up, childhood memories resurfaced, even moments from before everything changed
I found myself back in simpler times, sitting in gratitude for my childhood, while also noticing how life has gently redirected me along the way, keeping me on my path
And all of this while sitting with a Malteser, drawing with crayons, playing with clay, eating lolly snakes and cake… which somehow made it even more special
