Medicine wraps are an ancient tool used to support healers, shaman and shawomen, tribes medicine men and women in rituals, ceremonies and rites if passage.

The Medicine wraps or Hug Rugs as they were affectionately shared with me by spirit in a meditation, are also used by folk as a personal medicine too to bring a loving hug of compassion, empowerment and of rest and grounding.

Many reconnections and rememberings have been made accessing & travelling with the energies rhat each and every wrap holds specifically for its owner. Its all intuitive, guided and connected.

Many of these Medicine Wraps are intuitively used by healers & practitioners in their sessions with their clients and in workshops they offer.
The possibilities are endless.

I have 2 medicine wraps and they support me in different ways
One feels and provides me with such softness calming lightness gentleness for my body and nervous system as soon as I place her on my body it feels like a complete breathe out and release and being held
My second wrap is more of a bold leadership support & courage with fun playful feel to it as well. I feel like i step into my fullness when I wear her and have her near me
Your wraps are amazing and my description doesn’t fully show how supportive they are to me. I love mine, they provide me with so much support however I am feeling a homecoming
