With many new students joining recently, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and my work.

With more than 25 years of personal yoga practice and over 15 years of professional training and study, I offer yoga that is steady, accessible, and grounded in therapeutic understanding. My work centres on breath, nervous system regulation, and practical movement that supports real life.
I am a certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and experienced teacher offering small, supportive community classes in Shelley, WA. I specialise in gentle Hatha Yoga with a therapeutic lens, including pelvic floor well-being, midlife support, and nervous system friendly practice. Classes are designed to build strength, stability, confidence, and ease, at a pace that respects your individual body and lived experience.
I have also had the privilege of working alongside healthcare professionals and researchers, including at Fiona Stanley Hospital, St John of God Murdoch, and The Kids Research Institute. This has strengthened my commitment to evidence-informed, person-centred yoga that is practical and compassionate.
My training includes advanced study in pelvic floor well-being and therapeutic yoga applications, supported by ongoing professional development and current best practice.
