Book in now for weekly Relax Kids sessions - Wednesdays - starting Term 2 Week 1, 27 April 2022 10.30am to 1.30pm.
Relax Kids sessions include a 7 step system (based on the 7 chakras) to teach children to feel calm and confident. They include dance & movement, drama & relaxation games, stretching, peer massage, breathing, affirmations and mindfulness & visualisations.
$50 per session payable upfront for the term, includes a1hr Relax Kids session, lunch provided, and an activity provided.
Parents can choose to:
Kiss & drop (and enjoy 3hrs of freedom)
Stay and observe the session
Stay and take advantage of a FREE red light wrinkle/inflammation therapy and/or BioCharger session (google it)
