The Birth of a Doula

Sacred Sisters, my name is Trish and I am a Birth Keeper and Sacred Birth Priestess residing in the place where the mountains meet the sea; the South Coast of NSW, the beautiful Illawarra. Inspiring Embodied, Sacred and Transformational Pregnancy and Birth Support. Deeply humbled by the soulful alchemy of the birth process, I gently guide each Mama to embrace this magical process of transformation and make it their own. I believe wholeheartedly in being of the highest service to the Mother in ALL ways. I believe that if we nourish and nurture the Mother during this rite of passage, she will flourish and so will her baby. I believe in doing this, we will help create families that aren't just surviving but thriving.

Ensuring positive outcomes for Mothers and their families is not just my passion; it is my life's calling!

This wasn't always the case - so where does my story start?

The beginning of my awakening happened at the birth of my daughter in 2006 when my intuition guided me into hiring a Doula. I just couldn't believe what a difference it made to my birth journey as a whole, and why this invaluable resource seemed foreign or unknown to many.
