Begin the year with intention, rest, and deep nervous system nourishment.
Our first Sound & Stillness of the year is an invitation to pause, soften, and reset after the busy start to the year.

Sink into stillness as you’re guided through gentle settling, meditation, and an immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, and more grounding vibrations designed to calm the mind and restore balance.
